About Us
In 2016, we made the life-changing decision to put down roots in Alaska. With a passion for construction, we dedicated ourselves to building and renovating homes, embracing the rugged beauty and resilience that define this great state.
As the years passed, we saw firsthand how rising housing costs were making homeownership increasingly out of reach for many Alaskans. By 2023, we knew it was time to take action.
Our answer? Affordable, high-quality custom homes—built right here in Alaska, for Alaskans. These small yet functional cabins provide a practical, cost-effective housing solution without sacrificing comfort or craftsmanship. Designed for the Alaskan lifestyle, our homes are built to withstand the elements and meet the unique needs of those who call this state home.
We offer custom-built cabins with delivery available throughout the Kenai Peninsula, making homeownership easier and more accessible. With a turnaround time of just two months from order to delivery, we’re helping Alaskans achieve their dream of owning a home—without the wait and without the sky-high costs.
At our core, we believe that everyone deserves a place to call their own. That’s why we’re committed to building quality, affordable homes that fit the Alaskan way of life.
